The construction power box must be provided with a rain proof shed, the welding secondary line joint must be tightly wrapped to 

prevent power leakage from hurting people, and all construction electrical equipment must be equipped with leakage protector. 

To maintain the steel plate warehouse, check whether the tensioning ring, process hole and other bolt connection parts on the 

warehouse top are intact, whether the fastening bolts are loose and whether the gasket is damaged once a month. 

Check its surface corrosion and sealing, and timely maintain it if any problems are found. As the working condition of steel plate 

silo is alternating load, the welds of steel plate silo shall be inspected once every half a year, the deformed parts of the welds shall 

be corrected and repaired, and the rusted parts shall be subject to anti-corrosion treatment in time.

In case of suspension due to rain, the foundation concrete surface of large steel plate warehouse shall be treated as construction 

joint. When pouring concrete in rainy days, protective measures must be taken during pouring to cover the concrete structure to 

prevent the loss of cement slurry from affecting the strength. Frequently check whether the wall of the steel silo is deformed locally. 

After unloading the empty silo, frequently check the tightness of the steel silo, whether the door frame and adjacent side plates, and 

whether the reinforcement is deformed or cracked. Carry out maintenance, repair and maintenance according to the actual situation.
